This two hour class will introduce you to Feldenkrais with some fabulous moves which will help you with your upper body, and connection to the
rest of yourself.
Moshe Feldenkrais (1904-1984) was one of the pioneers of body/mind modalities, and many mindful movement systems incorporate his work, which
offers exceptional benefits : suppleness, balance, alignment, sense of well-being and calm. It offers a unique way to overcome the body's habitual patterns of tension and pain. The exercises use natural movement, mostly lying or sitting, re-patterning our movement capacities, with an emphasis on ease and flow. There is a combination of awareness and concrete information about your body, to make changes.
The Feldenkrais magic is always the astonishment that doing so little, can lead to such change.
