A cycling shoulder injury (not mine!) has led me into deeper researches about how the shoulder works and integrates with the rest of the body. Come and experience some wonderful Feldenkrais shoulder sequences which will improve the use of your shoulders,  as well as your neck and and back too.  Move as nature intended, and use your body optimally! The workshop will also be great for swimmers, with shoulder issues.
